Nurse Practitioner
Nicki Ford, Nurse Practictioner,
is providing appointments by telephone and in person.
All in person appointments will be screened prior to arrival. Anyone visiting any SHA facility must wear a mask while in the facility. This will be provided for the patient.
As provincial guidelines change, we will follow the direction given by the SHA for facility policy.
Everyone who needs care will be seen at the Maryfield Health Centre, even if you have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are positive for COVID-19. The Maryfield Health Centre do ask that you be honest with us in our screening questions so that we can use proper protective equipment and can remain healthy. That way, we can continue to provide care to the community.
Please be sure to check your medication refills and plan ahead. Be sure to give yourself enough time to access a medical appointment for refills. We are often seeing over a week wait for an appointment.
